for my grand-daughters

I have recently made some items of clothing for my 2 grand-daughters.

this size fits a 3-4 year old

This one fits a 5-6 year old

I adapted this pattern from a crop top I saw in a crochet magazine. I then added a few more layers to the length, and added my own fastenings and tassels.

I prefer the blue one, as it fits so well, and I enjoyed making the crocheted button.

I also rustled up this beautiful cornflower blue flower tunic. Again the pattern was found in a magazine, but I adapted it slightly

The yarn is so soft and lovely to work with, it is an acrylic mix. This is a great little tunic, because the child could pop a long sleeve underneath, and wear leggings to. It is so practical to wash too.
